Senior Associate, Real Estate — New York

Senior-level real estate associate role in a major New York practice handling complex transactional matters across real estate finance, acquisitions, dispositions and joint ventures. Work will involve acting for both borrowers and lenders and supporting high-value, institutional transactions.

Ideal candidates will have strong academic credentials and prior experience at a comparable law firm. Debt or equity-focused transactional experience is a plus.

• Senior-level real estate associate with experience in real estate finance, acquisitions, dispositions and joint ventures (class years 2018 and senior experience encouraged)
• Experience acting for borrowers and/or lenders on financing transactions
• Debt or equity transaction experience a plus
• Strong academic record and prior experience at a peer firm preferred
