Real Estate Associate (Mid-Level)  New York

Mid- to senior-level associate role in a large global law firmreal estate practice based in New York. The team advises institutional and corporate clients on a range of commercial real estate matters across the U.S.

Work will focus on transactional matters including joint ventures, real estate finance, development, acquisitions/dispositions and leasing. The role offers significant client exposure, responsibility for complex matters, and collaboration with cross-office teams.

• 5-9 years' post-qualification experience in commercial real estate practice
• Substantial experience with one or more of: joint ventures, real estate finance, development, acquisitions, dispositions, or leasing
• Demonstrated transactional drafting and negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, maturity, and ability to manage a demanding workload in a fast-paced environment
