Top-tier New York office is seeking a real estate associate to join a full-service real estate team. The role focuses on a broad transactional practice including acquisitions, dispositions, lending, joint ventures, leasing, construction, development, land use/entitlements and LIHTC transactions.

The position offers a market-competitive compensation package with bonus eligibility; the target salary range for this role is $260,000 - $390,000. The team works on complex, high-value matters for institutional and corporate clients.

Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate transactions (acquisitions, dispositions, lending, joint ventures, leasing, construction, development, land use, entitlements and/or LIHTC).
Admission to the New York bar, or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.
Strong drafting, negotiation and deal-management skills; comfort working on multiple, concurrent matters.
Ability to work collaboratively on transaction teams and communicate clearly with clients and colleagues.
