Associate — Restructuring & Insolvency, Frankfurt

An international law firm is expanding its restructuring and insolvency practice in Frankfurt and is seeking lawyers to join the team. The role focuses on advising boards, management and owners on restructurings, insolvency matters and distressed transactions in domestic and cross-border contexts.

Work will involve high‑profile, often public matters and offers early responsibility, hands‑on client work and structured training. The team advises on corporate, insolvency and related M&A issues across the lifecycle of distressed situations.

• Qualified to practise in Germany (two Staatsexamina)
• Fluent English (verhandlungssicher) and strong drafting skills
• Interest or experience in restructuring, insolvency and distressed debt; team player with commercial judgement
• Doctorate (Promotion) or LL.M. preferred; open to career starters and candidates with prior experience
