Associate — Restructuring (Perth)

Join a leading national restructuring & insolvency team in Perth working across a varied caseload of domestic and cross‑border insolvency and restructuring matters. You will advise a diverse client base including major banks, corporates, fund managers and trustees, and be involved in complex, high‑profile mandates.

The role offers responsibility for taking carriage of matters where appropriate — drafting advice and court documents, attending hearings, negotiating with stakeholders and supporting business development initiatives. You will work within a collaborative team environment and contribute to mentoring junior lawyers.

• Minimum 2 years PQE in Restructuring & Insolvency or Commercial Litigation
• Experience on large‑scale commercial insolvency or restructuring matters, including cross‑border work
• Ability to take carriage of matters and manage client relationships
• Excellent analytical, drafting and advocacy skills; commercial approach to problem solving
• Collaborative team player with strong academic background and mentoring ability
