Join a national general insurance team as a Lawyer or Associate based in Perth. The team advises insurers, reinsurers and corporates on defence work across general liability, casualty, property damage and product liability, with regular matters in the District and Supreme Courts of WA.

This is a hands‑on role with flexible full‑time or part‑time (minimum 0.6 FTE) arrangements and a hybrid working model. The role offers structured learning and development, career progression, and exposure to large insurer panels and complex defence litigation.

Key responsibilities include drafting court documents and client advice, preparing evidence and witness statements, instructing experts and counsel, attending court, and supervising more junior team members.

Minimum 2 years post‑admission experience, with defendant insurance or general liability exposure (personal injury experience highly regarded)
Experience managing files and running matters through court proceedings (District and Supreme Court experience beneficial)
Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills, with attention to detail
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, and to supervise junior lawyers
