Short-term (3–6 month) in-house contract role with a major entertainment organisation based in Perth. The role is full-time and primarily office-based (4–5 days per week).

You will act as a seasoned commercial lawyer supporting a leasing, property and development portfolio and providing day-to-day legal advice across procurement, privacy, compliance/regulatory and public liability matters. The role requires a pragmatic adviser comfortable responding to ad hoc commercial and risk queries from business teams and working directly with operational stakeholders.

Minimum 7 years' post-qualification experience in private practice or in-house commercial roles
Proven experience with leasing, property development matters and commercial contracts
Experience advising on procurement, privacy, compliance/regulatory and public liability matters
High level of autonomy, strong stakeholder management and practical commercial judgment
Current Australian practising certificate and right to live and work in Australia
