You will advise on contract preparation and negotiation, commercial frameworks and pricing models, and provide practical, cost‑effective solutions across the project lifecycle.

The team acts for a range of counterparties including government, energy, resources and mining clients, developers and contractors on high‑value and complex projects. The role offers varied, market‑leading matters and opportunities to contribute to business development and industry engagement.

Recognised front‑end projects / construction experience in private practice or in‑house.
Proven drafting and negotiation skills for construction and O&M agreements, comfortable with different commercial frameworks and pricing models.
Strong legal analysis and the ability to explain complex issues clearly and commercially.
Client‑service focus, teamwork, and willingness to support business development and industry engagement.
