We are working with a leading Australian law firm seeking a Senior Associate to join its high-performing Energy & Natural Resources practice in Perth.

This role offers the opportunity to advise a broad range of clients on complex, high-value transactions and regulatory matters across the energy sector, including oil & gas, renewable energy, and electricity and gas markets.

Act on corporate transactions, project development, and commercial arrangements for energy and resources clients.
Advise on regulatory and market framework issues affecting the energy sector.
Work closely with partners and clients in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong corporate and commercial experience in the energy or natural resources sectors, with excellent technical skills and a client-focused approach.

Qualified lawyer with significant post-admission experience in corporate energy and/or natural resources matters.
Strong transactional and drafting skills, with the ability to manage complex matters independently.
Proven client relationship and business development abilities.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
