Senior-level opportunity for a property lawyer to join a national Property & Projects team, based in Perth. The team advises across property, projects, construction, environment and planning for a mix of public and private sector clients.

You will work on a broad range of real estate matters including acquisitions and disposals, due diligence, land development, leasing (office, industrial and retail), land use and titles, easements, compulsory acquisition advice, development agreements and general property transactions. The role involves collaboration with teams across Australia and mentorship of junior lawyers.

4+ years post-admission experience in property/real estate law
Proven experience on property transactions, acquisitions, sales and developments
Strong technical drafting, legal research and attention to detail
Commercial acumen with client service focus and excellent verbal and written communication
Experience mentoring or supervising junior lawyers
Proficiency with PEXA and duties compliance; able to manage a varied real estate file load
