Top-tier international law firm is seeking a lateral associate to join its Restructuring & Special Situations group in New York. The team handles complex chapter 11 cases, creditor-side and debtor-side work, out-of-court restructurings, and liability-management/capital solutions across domestic and cross-border matters.

Ideal candidates will have several years of law-firm corporate/restructuring experience and strong drafting experience in court motion practice and credit documentation. The role offers the chance to work on high‑stakes restructurings supported by broad transactional, litigation and regulatory resources.

Minimum of 3 years' post-qualification law-firm experience in restructuring or related corporate practice
Experience with Chapter 11 matters (debtor or secured creditor) and/or out-of-court restructurings
Significant drafting experience in court motion practice and/or credit documentation
Demonstrated ability to work on complex, team-oriented matters in a fast-paced environment
