Experienced regulatory solicitor (2-5 years PQE) sought to join a specialist Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) Regulatory team in Manchester. The role offers exposure to a varied criminal regulatory caseload, acting for corporate and insurer-backed clients through investigations, enforcement and court proceedings.

You will work in a collaborative, supportive team in a modern, flexible environment with hybrid working. The role involves regular national travel to support clients and opportunities to develop as a specialist in health & safety, environmental and related regulatory work.

2-5 years PQE qualified solicitor (PQE levels indicative; all suitable candidates considered)
Experience of health & safety, environmental crime, motor crime or fire safety prosecutions and investigations
Comfortable conducting work from investigation stage through prosecution and representation at Coroners' Court
Willingness to travel across England & Wales and hold a full driving licence
Strong written and oral advocacy skills, client-focused and able to work in a fast-paced team
