Associate Securities Litigation, Palo Alto

We are seeking an associate to join a securities enforcement and litigation team in the firm's Palo Alto office. The role focuses on securities enforcement, regulatory investigations and related compliance matters.

Ideal candidates will be members of US bar(s) and come from law school classes 2018 2012 with demonstrated experience in securities enforcement, regulatory investigations, or compliance work. The position offers hands-on litigation and investigatory work within a national practice team.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school; law school class years 2018 2022 preferred
• Experience on securities enforcement, regulatory investigations, or compliance matters
• Background in litigation or formal investigatory proceedings, with strong legal research and writing skills
• Ability to work collaboratively on multi-jurisdictional teams and manage client-facing responsibilities
