Securities Litigation Attorney — Palo Alto

Seeking a mid-level securities litigator to join a busy securities and business litigation team in Palo Alto. The role focuses on defending and advising clients in securities class actions, shareholder derivative matters, and corporate governance disputes, working on high-stakes federal and state litigation.

Candidates will join a collaborative office advising a mix of U.S. and international clients. The team handles motion practice, discovery, and trial-ready preparation; the role offers responsibility on substantive drafting and supervision of junior staff.

• 4–6 years of litigation experience with substantial securities-class-action and shareholder-derivative exposure
• Proven drafting experience, including motions to dismiss in securities cases; strong research and writing skills
• Federal court litigation experience required; federal clerkship a plus
• Experience supervising junior associates and managing project-based work
• Current admission to the California bar and strong academic credentials
