The role focuses on improving litigation workflows through legal technology, process design, knowledge management, and project management to increase efficiency and consistency across multiple offices.
Typical responsibilities include piloting and deploying new tools and automation, developing templates and playbooks, partnering with litigation teams to streamline discovery and case workflows, and delivering training and implementation support. The role will work closely with attorneys, practice leaders, and legal-ops colleagues.
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
- Practical experience with litigation technology, e-discovery, document automation, or legal project management.
- Strong project management, training, and change-management skills; ability to translate attorney needs into technology/process solutions.
- Comfort working across multiple offices and with cross-functional teams (attorneys, legal ops, IT).
