Seeking a mid- to senior-level associate to join a capital markets team in the New York office focused on securitization and structured finance matters. The role involves advising on a range of structured products and financing transactions, working closely with deal teams across capital markets and finance practices.

Ideal candidates will have substantial transactional experience in securitization, structured products, corporate or real estate finance; experience with CLOs, CMBS, repo or asset-based lending is a plus. The position requires strong academic credentials and proven law firm experience on complex financings.

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $260,000 to $435,000, with the actual offer dependent on experience and other factors.

Minimum 3 years of post-qualification transactional experience in securitization, structured finance or related finance practices
Demonstrated experience on complex structured products or finance transactions (CLO, CMBS, repo, ABL experience a plus)
Excellent academic record and strong law firm work history
Ability to manage transaction responsibilities and collaborate with cross-practice teams
