Top-tier global finance team is seeking a mid-level associate to join its securitization and structured finance practice in New York. The role focuses on asset-backed finance transactions across public and private offerings.

Day-to-day work includes drafting and negotiating offering and transaction documents for issuers, sponsors, underwriters, lenders and investors on ABF, CMBS, RMBS, CLOs and other structured financings. The team handles a wide range of collateral types and complex deal structures.

Minimum ~2 years' transactional experience in securitization, asset-backed or structured finance transactions.
Experience drafting and negotiating offering documents and related transaction agreements for public and private ABS deals.
Familiarity with CMBS, RMBS, CLOs and other asset classes preferred.
Admitted to, or eligible for admission to, the New York bar.
Strong drafting, transactional execution and client-facing skills.
