Join a national Banking Practice Group in Leeds advising on a broad range of finance transactions, including corporate/leveraged finance and real estate finance. The team acts for banks, private equity sponsors, funds and corporates on domestic and cross-border matters.

The role offers exposure to a varied transactional mix, close collaboration with corporate, tax, real estate and restructuring colleagues, and opportunities to take part in business development, training and knowledge initiatives. The team operates in a collegiate, non‑hierarchical environment with hybrid working options.

Demonstrable experience on banking and finance transactions, with exposure to corporate/leverage finance and/or real estate finance
Experience acting for or advising banks, private equity sponsors, funds and corporate borrowers on domestic and cross‑border matters
Strong transaction drafting, commercial judgement and ability to manage matter workflow
Motivated to contribute to business development, training and knowledge management activities
