Join a nationally recognised Housing & Transition Finance team advising housing associations, registered providers, lenders and investors on complex social housing and social infrastructure financings. The team acts on a broad mix of work including bond issues, private placements, syndicated and bilateral loans, sustainability-linked and other innovative funding structures.

This role is open to candidates based in Leeds or London and offers exposure to both domestic social housing transactions and wider transition/impact finance matters across renewables, retrofit, digital infrastructure and other sustainable asset classes.

Typical matters combine core lending documentation with bespoke drafting, regulatory engagement and product development linked to sector policy and sustainable finance trends.

Qualified solicitor with 1+ years PQE in finance or banking transactions
Experience on social housing or social infrastructure financings (bonds, private placements, syndicated/ bilateral loans)
Familiarity with LMA-style documentation and comfort with bespoke drafting
Client-facing, proactive and commercially minded with strong transaction management skills
