Join a global legal consulting platform, backed by a leading international law firm, delivering medium- to long-term assignments (typically six months+) across funds, asset management and investment management matters. Work will include fund formation, fund distribution, ongoing fund maintenance and regulatory or strategic support for asset managers, banks and investment managers.

The role suits lawyers who want control over their career path while accessing firm-grade training, knowledge resources and on-assignment support from senior lawyers and professional support teams. Assignments are varied and may cover UK, Cayman and Luxembourg fund structures, UCITS, alternative/unregulated funds and related commercial documentation.

Applicants must be eligible to work and reside in the UK; sponsorship is not available. This is a consultant position requiring a proactive, client-focused and commercially minded approach.

4-8 years post-qualification experience, with strong funds/asset management exposure
Practical experience in fund formation, fund documentation and asset/investment management agreements
Experience with UCITS, alternative/unregulated funds and cross-jurisdictional (e.g. Cayman/Luxembourg) structures preferred
Proven project-management skills and the ability to hit the ground running on discrete assignments
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
Practising certificate (or equivalent) entitling you to practise in the UK
Right to reside and work in the UK (no visa sponsorship)
