The successful candidate will draft, negotiate and amend loan documentation, provide strategic client advice, manage project delivery and supervise junior team members. The team combines deep technical expertise with a collaborative, international approach to deal execution.

Qualified lawyer with 4-7 years PQE
Strong technical knowledge of corporate lending and syndicated loans (including LMA-style documentation)
Proven track record drafting and negotiating financing documentation
Ability to manage clients and deliver projects to tight deadlines
Experience supervising junior lawyers and coordinating multi‑party transactions
Commercial mindset, strong judgment and excellent communication skills
Self-starter, intellectually curious and a collaborative team player
