Join a global legal consultancy platform affiliated with a leading law firm as a self-directed legal consultant on assignments typically six months or longer. Workstreams are focused on banking & finance matters with exposure to real estate finance, leveraged finance, fund finance and project/infrastructure finance.

The role suits mid-level qualified lawyers (4–8 PQE) who want flexible, varied assignments across banks, asset managers and corporate borrowers. You will have access to firm-wide resources and experienced fee-earners while operating with consultant autonomy and responsibility for delivering high-quality transaction support.

Qualified solicitor with 4–8 years' post-qualification experience in banking & finance.
Strong transactional experience in one or more of: real estate finance, leveraged finance, fund finance or project/infrastructure finance.
Minimum two years' experience at a top-tier law firm in your specialist area; recent in-house or secondment experience is advantageous.
Right to work and practise in the UK (no visa sponsorship provided).
Excellent communication, project management skills and a client-focused, adaptable consultant mindset.
