The role involves drafting and negotiating technology contracts (including cloud, IT outsourcing and AI-related arrangements), advising on regulatory issues linked to technology deployments, supporting technology aspects of corporate transactions, and contributing to business development and client-facing work.

- Qualified solicitor with 3–7 years' post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Practical experience advising on IT, outsourcing and commercial technology contracts.
- Interest or experience in AI and emerging technologies; familiarity with technology-related regulation, ideally in financial services.
- Strong drafting, commercial awareness, client-facing skills and ability to coach junior colleagues (for senior level).
