Join a national Commercial Technology team advising on a broad range of technology contracts across both supplier and customer-side mandates. Work will span traditional IT and outsourcing arrangements alongside agreements for emerging and disruptive technologies, including AI and cloud services.

The role involves advising on technology-related regulatory issues (with frequent interaction with financial services regulatory work), supporting technology aspects of corporate transactions, and acting in client-facing and business-development activities such as seminars and internal training.

The team operates nationally across multiple offices and offers exposure to large-scale, complex deals with technology vendors, financial institutions, and tech sector clients. Flexible and hybrid working arrangements are supported.

Qualified solicitor with 3–7 years' post-qualification experience in technology law
Proven experience drafting and negotiating IT, outsourcing and commercial technology agreements
Practical understanding of AI, cloud and other emerging tech and their commercial/legal risks
Strong commercial awareness, drafting and analytical skills; client-facing experience
At Senior Associate level: experience supervising and coaching junior lawyers and contributing to business development
