Join a band-1 disputes practice advising on complex construction and project disputes across infrastructure, transport, mining, renewable energy and property development. You will work on a broad mix of matters including contractual claims, project delivery disputes and security of payment proceedings.

The role offers exposure to arbitration, Supreme Court litigation, expert determination, mediations and dispute board processes, and involves collaborating with senior lawyers across offices on high‑profile Australian and international projects.

Practical experience in construction and projects disputes, including litigation, arbitration and adjudication under security of payment regimes.
Proven ability to manage larger matters and work collaboratively with senior lawyers and client teams.
Strong drafting and advocacy skills, and experience with alternative dispute resolution (mediation, expert determination, DRB/DAB).
Willingness to contribute to business development activities and mentor junior lawyers.
