An established Perth corporate team is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join its Energy & Natural Resources practice. The role centres on corporate transactional work, with a strong focus on M&A and project-related matters for clients across the resources and energy sectors.

This is a client-facing role that will involve deal execution, due diligence, drafting transactional documentation and working alongside senior lawyers on complex transactions. The team offers exposure to cross-border matters and market-leading domestic projects.

Associate to Senior Associate level with solid transactional corporate experience; M&A experience preferred.
Demonstrable experience or interest in energy and natural resources matters.
Admitted to practice in Australia, or eligible for admission.
Strong drafting, commercial judgement and ability to work directly with clients and deal teams.
