Global disputes team seeks an Associate or Senior Associate to support high-value commercial and construction litigation across Australia. The role involves advising on complex multi-party construction disputes, regulatory investigations and cross-border matters, and working on strategy from pre-litigation through to trial and appellate steps.

The successful candidate will draft substantive litigation materials, coordinate experts and external counsel, manage discovery and evidence processes, and may supervise more junior fee-earners at the senior level. The role offers exposure to domestic and international matters and close collaboration with senior litigators.

Admitted in Australia with 4–7 years PQE in litigation
Practical experience in construction disputes and multi-party litigation
Experience or strong interest in regulatory investigations (ACCC, ASIC, AER) and cross-border/private international law issues
Excellent drafting, advocacy support and case-management skills; comfortable coordinating experts and external counsel
Team player with strong commercial judgment, client focus and the ability to work to tight deadlines
