National Employment & Labor team is recruiting an Associate or Senior Associate to join busy offices across the UK (Bristol, Manchester, Birmingham or Glasgow). The role offers exposure to a broad employer-focused practice including tribunal work, TUPE, restructurings and contract drafting.

Day-to-day work includes leading on Employment Tribunal claims (primarily for respondents), advising on disciplinaries, grievances, redundancies and TUPE/corporate matters, and preparing employment documentation and client training. You will collaborate with colleagues across a single national team covering multiple UK jurisdictions.

Qualified solicitor (SRA or Law Society registered) with 1+ years PQE in employment law or equivalent experience
Experience advising employers on disciplinaries, grievances, restructurings/redundancies, TUPE and Employment Tribunal work
Strong drafting skills (contracts, settlement agreements, handbooks) and client-facing commercial awareness
Excellent analytical, communication and organisational skills; able to manage workloads and support junior development
