A well-regarded Australian law firm is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join its Energy & Natural Resources team in the Brisbane office. The role will support transactional and advisory work across energy projects, commercial contracts and regulatory matters.

The team advises on project development, power and utilities matters, and related contractual arrangements. This role offers exposure to cross-discipline matters and collaboration with senior lawyers across the region.

Experience advising on energy or natural resources matters at a law firm or in-house legal team
Strong drafting and commercial advisory skills on project, procurement or commercial contracts
Practical knowledge of Australian energy regulatory frameworks
Admitted to practice in Australia and able to work in Brisbane
Team-oriented, client-focused and able to manage matter workflows
