Join a national Projects & Real Estate team in Brisbane as a Senior Associate handling complex commercial, retail and industrial property matters alongside infrastructure, privatisation, energy/renewables and resources projects. The role involves leading nuanced transactions, drafting and negotiating key documents, and providing commercially focused advice to sophisticated clients.

The team operates collaboratively across property and complementary practice groups; you will work closely with senior lawyers and support the development and management of matters and junior staff. There is scope to contribute to practice development and to participate in sector-focused business development activities.

Approximately 6 years' post-qualification experience in real estate / property law.
Proven experience drafting and negotiating complex documents (agreements, contracts, deeds).
Strong analytical, research and written/verbal communication skills with a commercial mindset.
Demonstrated client service and relationship-management ability.
Experience supervising or allocating work within a team and supporting junior lawyers' development.
Willingness to engage in business development and external networking; proactive and commercially minded.
Right to work in Australia (must hold required visas/approvals if not a citizen or permanent resident).
