An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate to join a market-leading Real Estate practice in Brisbane. The role offers broad exposure across all areas of property law, including acquisitions and disposals, complex leasing, and infrastructure and major projects.

Working closely with a senior partner, you will advise property sector clients on general commercial and contract matters, assist with complex sale and acquisition agreements, provide high-end advice on large leasing transactions, and support infrastructure and property development projects. You will also contribute to business development and marketing initiatives.

Minimum of 5 years PQE gained within a reputable commercial practice
PEXA expertise is highly regarded
Excellent analytical, drafting and communication skills
