An award-winning, Band 1-ranked Real Estate team is seeking a transactional solicitor to join its Brisbane office. The practice advises major local and international property developers, investors, government agencies and real estate funds on some of the most significant real estate deals in the Australian market.

You will work across the full spectrum of transactions and projects — from single assets to multi-jurisdictional portfolio deals and urban regeneration projects — spanning commercial office, logistics, retail, build-to-rent, hotels and leisure, social and affordable housing, infrastructure and renewable energy. The role sits within a highly collaborative national practice and offers close mentoring from senior partners.

Demonstrable transactional real estate experience from a leading top-tier, mid-tier, national or boutique specialist firm
Admission to practice in Australia or New Zealand
2–4 years of post-admission experience
Excellent academic record
First-class attention to detail and ability to grasp intricate legal matters
Proactive, collaborative approach and a genuine appetite to learn and develop
Innovative mindset and curiosity about AI and emerging technologies
