Join a market-leading global firm’s Band 1 Real Estate team in Brisbane, working on a broad mix of transactional matters across commercial, logistics, retail, build-to-rent, hotels & leisure, social & affordable housing, infrastructure and renewable energy projects.

You will be part of a collaborative, high-performing team advising developers, investors, government agencies and real estate funds on single-asset and multi-jurisdictional portfolio transactions, leasing and urban regeneration assignments. The role offers exposure to complex, high-value deals and opportunities for technical and career development.

Admission to practice in Australia or New Zealand
2–4 years post‑admission transactional real estate experience (top/mid‑tier, national or specialist boutique experience preferred)
Strong academic record and excellent attention to detail
Commercial mindset, proactive team player and eagerness to learn
Interest in innovation and emerging technologies (e.g. AI) helpful
