Apply in confidence →Join a national projects team advising public- and private-sector clients across energy, transport and broader infrastructure. The role sits on a busy projects desk working on project development, procurement, project finance, PPP/DPC and regulatory matters across the UK, Ireland and selected international mandates.
You will be instructed on technically complex, high-profile transactions that support the energy transition and major infrastructure programmes. The role offers regular client contact, opportunities for secondments/mini-secondments across other offices, and scope to build a visible practice with clear progression to Senior Associate, Counsel or Partner.
The team operates a hybrid working model with flexibility for exceptional remote arrangements for experienced candidates.
- Minimum 4 years' PQE in projects, project finance, PPP/PPP or infrastructure transactions.
- Strong drafting and commercial contract skills; ability to work independently on complex documentation.
- Experience advising on energy matters (renewables/offshore wind) and/or transport/infrastructure projects; rail experience preferred.
- Excellent project management, client-facing and business development instincts.
- Outstanding academic record and strong judgment, resilience and teamwork skills.
