Apply in confidence →Join a top-ranked real estate team supporting large-scale energy and infrastructure projects across the UK. The role sits in a specialist Energy & Infrastructure practice working on renewables, energy transition and major development matters.
You will advise on real estate aspects of projects such as onshore/offshore wind, solar, battery storage, hydrogen, EV charging, heat networks and related infrastructure; draft and negotiate options, leases and development agreements; lead title, access and land due diligence; and support consenting and delivery for major schemes.
The role is multi-office across the UK and offers the chance to work with developers, landowners, investors, funders and public bodies, collaborating with planning, construction, corporate and regulatory teams. The team provides structured training, hybrid working and a competitive reward package.
- Solicitor qualified in England & Wales.
- Approximately 2 years PQE in commercial real estate (renewables/infrastructure experience preferred).
- Experience drafting and negotiating real estate project documents (options, leases, development agreements).
- Strong title, access and land due diligence skills; commercial, pragmatic approach to problem solving.
- Comfort working across multi-disciplinary teams and engaging with multiple stakeholders; interest in business development and mentoring.
