We are seeking an enthusiastic Associate or Senior Associate with experience in non-contentious construction law to join a growing Construction & Engineering team in Manchester. The global Construction & Engineering practice advises developers, investors, funders, contractors and occupiers throughout the project life cycle, from inception and procurement through to execution and resolution of issues. The team works on all standard forms of UK contracts, including JCT, NEC4 and Model Forms, as well as international forms such as FIDIC, IChemE and bespoke turnkey contracts. Sectors include office and mixed use, residential, energy & power, transport and logistics, and sports and stadia.

You will be integral to client service excellence, with plenty of scope for direct client contact and developing your own network. England & Wales-qualified lawyer (3-7 PQE)
Experience in non-contentious construction law
