National UK law firm is recruiting an Associate or Senior Associate to join its Real Estate Finance team in Scotland, with opportunities in Glasgow or Edinburgh. The role is full-time with flexible/hybrid working and offers early responsibility running files for lender-side real estate finance matters.

Typical day-to-day work includes acting on lending transactions, conducting and advising on real estate due diligence, drafting and negotiating security and transactional documents, handling post-completion formalities (including Land Register and Companies House filings) and supporting business development for the team.

The role sits within the wider Real Estate group and offers exposure to cross-jurisdictional work across the firm's UK offices, supervision of junior fee-earners and opportunities for progressing technical and commercial skills.

Scottish-qualified solicitor with 3+ years PQE.
Demonstrable experience in real estate finance and lender-side transactions.
Strong drafting, negotiation and file management skills; ability to run matters to completion.
Commercial awareness, good communication and organisational skills and an appetite for business development.
