National law firm seeks a Real Estate attorney with a public finance focus to join a multi-office team. The role is open to candidates based in Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas, New York or Washington, D.C., and will work on tax‑exempt bond issuances and public tax‑incentive transactions.

Successful hires will join a transactional practice advising on bond financings and incentive structures for real estate and related projects. The team values strong drafting, client communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across offices.

Minimum 3 years' post‑qualification experience with public finance matters (bond counsel, issuer's counsel, or company counsel).
Practical experience with tax‑exempt bond issuances and tax‑incentive programs (e.g., PILOTs, bonds‑for‑title, similar structures).
Excellent academic record and strong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Commercial real estate, federal tax, or energy/solar experience a plus.
