Join a leading international restructuring & insolvency team in Melbourne handling large-scale and cross-border insolvency and restructuring matters. The team acts for major banks, corporates, fund managers and trustees and offers exposure to complex commercial work.

This role offers responsibility on contentious and non-contentious matters, drafting court documents, advising clients, attending hearings and supporting negotiations. You will work in a collaborative team with structured global training and clear progression pathways.

Minimum 3 years' PQE in restructuring & insolvency or commercial litigation
Proven experience on large-scale commercial insolvency and/or restructuring matters, including cross-border work
Strong drafting, analytical and client liaison skills
Commercial mindset, ability to take carriage of appropriate matters and to mentor junior lawyers
