Associate / Senior Associate — Specialist Liability (Personal Injury)

A growing Specialist Liability team is recruiting an Associate or Senior Associate to join its defendant-focused personal injury practice. The role is based across the UK with teams in London and Newcastle and combines case management with client-facing work for public sector and insured clients.

You will handle complex public and employer liability claims, receive hands-on mentoring, and benefit from structured professional development and technical support to progress your career.

The team uses a pragmatic, technology-enabled approach to litigation and works on high-value, sensitive matters for a broad client base including public bodies, self-insured organisations and insurers.

• Minimum c.5 years' PQE in personal injury/defendant-side litigation (guideline)
• Strong experience with public liability and defendant personal injury claims
• Proven ability to manage a complex, varied caseload with minimal supervision
• Excellent organisational, analytical and communication skills; collaborative team-player
