Join a growing structured finance team within a global full-service firm to advise on a wide range of securitisation, funding and lending transactions. The team works closely with corporate, tax, regulatory and real estate specialists and handles both national and cross-border matters.

The role offers exposure to public and private securitisations, forward flow funding, loan portfolio transactions, warehouse facilities and back-leverage arrangements. You will work in an international, collegiate team, supporting senior lawyers and contributing to client work sourced across the firm’s global network.

Qualified lawyer with a minimum of 1 PQE
Experience or strong understanding of public and private securitisations, forward flow funding, internal securitisations, loan portfolio sales and servicing, warehouse lending and back‑leverage
Strong technical skills, attention to detail and organised approach to matter management
Good interpersonal skills, positive attitude and ability to work in and contribute to a team; supervisory/mentoring experience desirable for Senior Associate hires
