Interim Structured Finance Lawyer — London

Short-term role for a structured finance lawyer to support a major financial-services client. The assignment is remote-based with start in mid-October and runs to mid-February 2027.

This is an adaptive/consultancy-style engagement offering access to the firm's resources and sponsor support while on assignment. The role suits candidates who can manage complex documentation, meet tight deadlines and collaborate with both internal and client teams.

• Qualified solicitor with 2-6 years' PQE in structured finance/securitisation.
• Experience of securitisations, structured lending and banking documentation.
• Strong drafting and commercial judgment; ability to work to tight deadlines and autonomously.
• Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available).
