Interim Structured Finance Lawyer — London

Short-term, part-time (three days per week) role for an experienced structured finance lawyer to support a global technology client on a range of secured and asset-backed financing matters. The post is remote with regular engagement with the client team and sponsor from the hiring organisation.

Work will include advising on structured finance transactions, managing deals from inception to completion, negotiating and reviewing transaction documentation, and setting up transaction structures. The role suits candidates comfortable with flexible working arrangements and ad hoc requests.

• Proven experience in structured finance transactions (document review, negotiation and deal management)
• Experience or strong interest in fintech and consumer lending matters
• Comfortable working remotely and on a part-time/ad hoc schedule (three days per week)
• Strong commercial drafting, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills
