Associate / Senior Associate — Technology & Data Privacy, Adelaide

Join a national Technology, Media & IP team that is continuing to expand. This role sits on the technology and data privacy/cyber desk and offers exposure to a broad mix of privacy compliance, data security and technology matters for Australian clients.

The team advises on privacy law compliance, data breaches and incident response, data-security risk management, and technology contracts and procurement. You will work on matter delivery, drafting, client advice and project-managed engagements alongside senior practitioners.

• Admitted solicitor in Australia (or eligible for admission)
• Experience advising on privacy & data protection, data security incidents, and technology contracts
• Strong drafting, client-facing and project management skills
• 2+ years' law firm experience (or equivalent) in technology/privacy matters; senior candidates with deeper sector experience encouraged to apply
