Associate / Senior Associate, Technology & Data Privacy — Adelaide

Join a growing national technology, media and IP practice as an Associate or Senior Associate based in Adelaide. The role focuses on privacy, data protection, cyber‑security and technology matters across commercial and regulatory workstreams.

The team advises a mix of corporate and public sector clients on data protection compliance, incident response and commercial technology transactions. This is an opportunity to contribute to a busy, specialist practice and develop a market-facing privacy and cyber capability.

• Qualified lawyer admitted to practise in Australia.
• Demonstrable experience advising on privacy/data protection, data security or technology matters (law firm or in‑house).
• Solid drafting and advisory skills on technology contracts, data processing agreements and privacy policies.
• Strong commercial awareness, client management skills and ability to work collaboratively within a specialist team.
