Construction Associate — Adelaide

Join a national construction, infrastructure and projects team advising clients across the full project lifecycle, with a focus on disputes work and opportunities to contribute to advisory matters. The role offers exposure to both private- and public‑sector clients and a variety of procurement, construction and dispute-resolution matters.

You will work with an experienced team on matters ranging from contract negotiation and procurement support through to dispute management, adjudications and formal dispute resolution. The team supports asset owners and other industry participants, providing a broad and varied workload.

• Construction disputes experience from a well‑regarded practice
• Practical experience with courts, tribunals and security of payment adjudications
• Strong drafting and advocacy skills, excellent communication and a collaborative approach
• Willingness to mentor junior lawyers and contribute to team development
