Join a well-regarded workplace team in Adelaide advising employers across private industry, government and regulated sectors. The role offers exposure to a broad range of workplace matters including workplace health & safety (WHS), unfair dismissal, general protections, discrimination, bullying and harassment.

You will gain regular tribunal and courtroom exposure, assist with internal and external workplace investigations, and work closely with colleagues across the national Workplace practice to deliver strategic, commercial outcomes for clients. The team is market-recognised for its workplace and WHS capability.

1–4 years post-admission (employment/workplace relations or WHS experience preferred)
Strong advisory, drafting and file-management skills with excellent attention to detail
Interest in litigation and advocacy, with experience or a desire to develop advocacy in employment and WHS matters
Collaborative team player with a client-service focus and the ability to work on secondments or on-site with clients
