Join a national, client-focused healthcare litigation team based in Birmingham, supporting people affected by clinical negligence. The team handles a broad range of clinical negligence matters, including obstetric and neonatal claims, spinal and neurological injury, anaesthetic, cardiac, oncology and psychiatric cases.

The role involves managing a personal caseload of litigated matters, assisting on high-value and complex claims, and delivering compassionate, technically sound advice to clients. The team offers a collaborative environment with flexible working options and a strong emphasis on wellbeing and community engagement.

Minimum 4 years' PQE in clinical/medical negligence (claimant experience preferred; defendant candidates considering claimant work may apply)
Proven ability to manage a personal caseload and progress matters to settlement or trial
Experience supporting senior lawyers on high-value, complex liability and quantum issues
Strong client-facing skills, empathy, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
