Associate, Structured Finance (CLO) 1

London-based structured finance team seeking an associate with solid experience on complex securitization and CLO matters. The group advises a broad range of market participants on both traditional and more bespoke securitizations, providing cross-border transactional support across commercial, insolvency and tax aspects.

The role involves advising on CLOs and other structured capital markets transactions, working with cross-disciplinary teams across finance, capital markets and asset management. You will have exposure to large, market-leading deals and opportunities to develop technical drafting and transaction-management skills.

• Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in structured finance / securitization or related capital markets work
• Demonstrable experience on CLOs or comparable asset-backed financings
• Strong drafting and transactional skills; experience working on cross-border financings
• Ability to work collaboratively in a high-volume, technical practice
