Associate, Structured Finance — Los Angeles

Mid-level associate role in a major Los Angeles finance team focused on structured finance, securitization and lending transactions. The position involves working on a range of esoteric-asset and structured-finance matters, supporting deal execution, documentation and client-facing workstreams.

Ideal candidates will join a collaborative practice handling varied asset types and complex financing structures. This is an on-site Los Angeles placement; candidates must be admitted to the California State Bar.

• Minimum 4 years' post-qualification experience in structured finance or related lending/securitization work
• Demonstrable deal experience on structured financings, securitizations, or similar transactions
• Experience across a variety of asset types and structures preferred
• Admission to the California State Bar required
