Mid-Level Project Finance Associate, Energy — Los Angeles

Mid-level associate opportunity within a global project, energy and infrastructure finance team based in Los Angeles. The role focuses on transactional project finance matters across renewable energy, infrastructure and related energy-transition work.

You'll work on financing, tax-credit monetization and other structured transactions for sponsors, lenders and investors, collaborating with a multi-jurisdictional practice on complex renewable and infrastructure projects.

• 3–5 years post-qualification experience in project finance or infrastructure finance
• Demonstrable experience with renewable energy transactions, tax-credit monetization, energy-transition or natural resources matters
• Strong academic background; prior experience at a top-tier firm preferred
• Proven transactional drafting and negotiation skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team
