Day-to-day work involves structuring and analyzing partnership and investor arrangements for wind, solar and other renewable assets, drafting tax provisions, and coordinating with deal teams across finance, corporate and regulatory groups.
- 3–5 years of U.S. tax experience, with documented exposure to renewable-energy transactions and tax-equity financings
- Experience structuring partnerships and preparing tax analyses for project financings
- Strong academic record; prior experience at a top-tier law firm preferred
- Admission to the California bar (or eligibility) and excellent written and oral communication skills
